How can I become a patient at your practice?

It’s easy to get started—just book an appointment online or give our reception team a call. For new patients, we usually recommend a full mouth examination, including x-rays, to assess your overall oral health. However, if you’re experiencing a specific dental issue, you can book an appointment just for that.

How much will my appointment cost?

The cost of your appointment depends on the type of treatment you receive. Our dentists will always discuss the treatment plan with you and provide a clear estimate before proceeding, so you know exactly what to expect.

What are your opening hours?

How long does your teeth whitening last?

We use an advanced LED teeth whitening system that allows us to safely apply a high concentration of peroxide for optimal results. The effects of our whitening treatment typically last between 3 to 5 years, depending on your diet and lifestyle. Habits such as smoking and consuming strongly coloured foods or drinks—like coffee, red wine, or curry—can cause staining more quickly. For ongoing maintenance, we also offer convenient home bleaching kits to top up your whitening.

Can you straighten my teeth and improve my smile with orthodontic treatment?

Yes, we offer orthodontic treatment to help straighten teeth and enhance your smile. It also improves speech, chewing, and overall oral hygiene. For complex cases, we may refer you to a specialist. Learn more about our orthodontic services.

Can you help me with my sensitive teeth problem?

Yes, we can. Tooth sensitivity can be caused by a variety of issues such as enamel wear, gum recession, or underlying dental problems. Our dentists will assess the cause of your sensitivity and recommend the most suitable treatment—whether it’s a desensitising toothpaste, fluoride treatment, or dental work to protect exposed areas. We’re here to help you feel comfortable and pain-free.

What are the benefits of cosmetic dental treatments like implants?
Cosmetic dental treatments like implants offer both functional and aesthetic benefits. What are the early signs of dental issues?

Early signs of dental problems include tooth sensitivity, bleeding gums, bad breath, pain while chewing, or visible changes like discoloration or swelling. Regular check-ups help catch these issues early.

What can I do about bad breath?

Bad breath can be caused by poor oral hygiene, gum disease, dry mouth, or underlying health issues. Regular brushing, flossing, and professional cleanings can help. If the problem persists, our dentists can assess the cause and recommend appropriate treatment.

What steps can I take to keep my teeth healthy and prevent dental problems?

To maintain healthy teeth and prevent future issues, brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, floss regularly, eat a balanced diet low in sugary foods, and visit your dentist for regular check-ups and cleanings. Avoid smoking and limit acidic or sugary drinks to protect your enamel. Consistent oral care is key to a healthy smile.

What type of toothbrush should I use?

We recommend using a soft-bristled toothbrush, as it effectively cleans your teeth without damaging your gums or enamel. Whether manual or electric, choose a brush that feels comfortable and allows you to reach all areas of your mouth. Replace your toothbrush or brush head every 3 months or sooner if the bristles are frayed.

What type of toothpaste should I use?

Use a toothpaste that contains fluoride to help strengthen tooth enamel and prevent decay. If you have specific concerns like sensitivity or whitening, there are specialized toothpastes available. Your dentist can recommend the best option for your needs.  You can consult us for Teeth Cleaning

Q: Should I use mouthwash and does it help?

Mouthwash can be a helpful addition to your oral care routine by reducing bacteria, freshening breath, and sometimes helping to prevent gum disease or cavities. However, it shouldn’t replace brushing and flossing. Choose a mouthwash that suits your needs, and ask your dentist for recommendations.

Should I floss?

Yes, flossing is an important part of maintaining good oral health. It helps remove plaque and food particles between teeth and along the gumline—areas that a toothbrush can’t reach. Regular flossing reduces the risk of cavities and gum disease.
